To calibrate use your mouse to click the TeamBoard System Tray Icon which is located in the bottom right corner of your screen. In the menu, select the Calibrate option. Select the types of calibration required or go through all calibration types and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

The serial number on the TeamBoard is located in the bottom right hand corner underneath on the aluminium frame. There will be a red or white sticker and the number will start with the letters HU or HW followed by 6 numbers.

When the cursor is being pulled to a spot on the TeamBoard, this indicates that a continuous touch is being registered on the board. Please look at that spot on the board and ensure that there are no objects attached to the TeamBoard surface, especially magnets, dusters or Blu-Tack.
